Mandy joined Estate Planning Solutions Law Firm, Prof. LLC in 2016.  Her practice focuses on estate planning and business succession planning matters.  Mandy guides clients through the estate planning and business succession planning process, finding solutions to the complex issues that arise when unique family dynamics intersect with family farm and business succession planning.  She is licensed to practice law in South Dakota.

A 2006 graduate of the University of South Dakota School of Law, Mandy served as a board member of and writer for the South Dakota Law Review and was an Everett Bogue Memorial Scholarship recipient.  She also received her undergraduate degree from USD, as an honors graduate with B.A. in Political Science and English.  After graduating from Law School, Mandy served as a law clerk for the Second Judicial Circuit and spent a couple of years working as a Trust Officer for a local community bank.

Evan is the founding attorney at Estate Planning Solutions Law Firm, Prof. LLC.  He focuses his law practice on estate planning and business succession planning. He has assisted hundreds of families with the creation, maintenance, and administration of their estate plans. He has also worked with numerous owners of small businesses, farms, and ranches to implement successful business transition plans.  He is licensed to practice law in South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa.

Evan earned his J.D., cum laude, from Marquette Law School in Milwaukee, WI. He earned his B.A. degree in both accounting and business administration, cum laude, from Dordt College in Sioux Center, IA. He spent a few years working at Deloitte Tax, LLP as a certified public accountant (“CPA”) prior to becoming an estate planning attorney. His experience as a CPA (inactive now) has proven invaluable to estate and business succession planning practice.

Heather joined our team as a Estate Administration Paralegal after working for six years in the legal field.  She is working toward earning her Paralegal degree, and balances her time at work with a busy family at home.  Heather has been part of the Estate Planning Solutions Law Firm, Prof. LLC team since 2016.

Sandra joined Estate Planning Solutions Law Firm, Prof. LLC in July of 2016. Sandra has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Writing and Communication from Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, MN. Sandra is currently the administrative assistant for the firm but is training to become a full-time paralegal.

Jill joined Estate Planning Solutions in 2017 as our Legal Administrative Assistant. Jill graduated from Dordt College with a Bachelors degree in Social Work.
